1ST DRIVING LESSON

1. CLUTCH, BRAKE, ACCELERATOR, GEAR and STEERING WHEEL

2. Step on the CLUTCH.

3. Put into the 1ST GEAR.

4. Slowly loosen the CLUTCH while slowly stepping on the ACCELERATOR (to make the car move).

5. Don't take off the foot on the CLUTCH when need to BRAKE.

After we went back from the movie, we watched Oceans Twelve. Yap! That was why we slept almost 4am in the morning today. My baby taught me the basic of driving. My husband let me drive up to six meters. Forward… backward… Yeheyy! Know now how to start, and make it move. It is enough for me in my first lesson. Mamaya uli….

Got to sign out. It is already my 7th post of the day. Haha! A hyperblogger am I today.

Tuesday With Morrie

Hay sa wakas I finished the TWM today. hehe actually it should be a short read novel with 192 pages. I started it a month ago. I think it just didn't get much of my interests that made me finished that long. It is so predictable. Of course the man is going to die, but I mean nothing is new, nothing is deep, nothing we haven't heard before. This book really is a reminder of life's lesson but they're lessons we already knew. Then addition to that was the page summarizing the contents is another thing. Really a spoiler I think.

Actually, it doesn't really take much to make me cry unlike my one friend Erika. Haha sabagay eh sobra babaw naman kc ng luha nun! But I do admit it is touching and emotional. I admired the relationship between a previous professor and a student. It is still a good read anyway. J

mY IST 2005 wEEKEND

On my first weekend I supposedly have a badminton play with my officemate. Instead I worked all day on cleaning. I got the laundry completely caught up, the sheets changed and our room rearranged to made a space for the new computer my husband is buying. After I cleaned out the room, I organized our storage space on our cabinet. As one friend said that this year of the rooster, all old things are no good to reuse so I emptied out our cabinet. Haha! Joking!

Before our plan going to Baguio, I no longer have time to clean our room. Didn't able to fold anymore our clothes from laundry shop so it was left and everything dumped in our room sofa. Tambak lang ng tambak. Hehe. When we got back from the province this is the room and I almost not wanted to come in. Other than because it is a really a messed up, the thought of cleaning it was making me tired already.J

speaking of camera...

I MISS my CAMERA DESPERATELY that is all. Bought it May last year. As a photo addict. I really like to make pictures and this past two weeks i really feel its absence. My husband brought it last week to the sales center and until now there no findings why it suddenly didn't function right after we went back from baguio. And because there is no service center here in Philippines, it brought to Ortigas Columbia Service center where is the service center tied up in sales center here. Sure it is that it will count maybe at least a month before i see it again. All was left with me is its docking station.HuhuL

how about our new year?

We arrived in San Jacinto Masbate, my hometown December 31. At that night my high school teacher and a mother of my high school classmate invited us for a dinner together with my other high school classmates. After the dinner and short talks, we went home to celebrate the New Years at Home with my family. As always it was a grand affair for the family. It is only the time of the year that our family of seven is complete. Eight, add my husband now. J We love to get together during December Holidays either xmas or new year. And the New Year is not complete without of our mother putting coins in every corner of the house and steps of the stairs. I remember when we are still young this is the part that we are really waiting for. We are all after on finding and collecting all those coins right after the clock reach 12:05. But this time, our younger sibling has it all. Wala na siya kaagaw. Haha! (He is 6years old). And of course as always, the lighting of firecrackers.
But there is one thing that gets me in the bad mood this time. Aside of that on that day we arrived, a cyst just appeared on my sensitive part (you know, really it was painful and eiewe J), my camera won't function suddenly. You know that I am a picture addict. Ahhh!! That was really a badtrip. I can hardly walk the whole three days of our stay there. I almost was screaming because of the pain. But in spite of that, I still did not ruined our stay. Gala duon, gala ditto pa rin kami. We still attended our last night get together with my high school classmates before we went back here. I am glad my husband gets along well with them. J

how did we celebrate our xmas?

I know I am posting it a bit late. But I was just feeling like writing today. Actually i tried it from the time we went back from baguio but got no time. Anyways...

We spent 4 whole days and 3 nights in Baguio. We stayed in Brentwood Apartelle. It was the first time we celebrated Christmas alone in 7 years we are together. Our Christmas has always been celebrating with our families. This time we decided to be with each other alone.J

The weather was cold as my husband expected it to be. It made the place cooler in the night till morning. It reached 10 C. It was really a freezing Christmas we have there. Believe it in our four days of stay we only took a bath twice lol. That was how cold that even the hot shower cannot help us. And we both even learned to smoke just to keep us a little warmer every time we went for a night out. Yap, even in Baguio you can find us wandering the streets. We enjoyed the foodtrip, coffee and our every night stroll in Session road.

Christmas Eve! That is me, curled up tightly in bed. Before that, i was waiting for my husband to wake up for our Noche Buena but i ended up sleeping. Shot by my husband. Aiyee! Our Noche Buena! 8pcs of chicken, one whole black forrest cake, fruits, and a 3 pcs of corn which obviously eaten before the xmas eve. hehe. It was already past one in the morning when we woke up. The original plan was we are going to have a kakanin foodtrip in the church right afterr we eat in our hotel. But we ended up both sleeping in Christmas Eve.J

Our whole days of stay were spent discovering the sites of Baguio City.

My favorite? I would say definitely the flower and strawberry farm. Why? haha lam mo na. As a picture addict, I really enjoyed our picture taking there. As the matter of fact I almost used all my sd memory for video clips. Ganda! Even more when the fogs started to cover the field from the distance and the night started to enfold. Did my fashion statement overstated? Nah! Actually that was just the effect of the bandana, and because it was me wearing it. hehehe. Really did i really look that I'm in Paris? haha! Ano kaba that was just only the jacket, bandana and I!

Pissed Off but Glad

Waaahhh!! It was 8:00am the sounds of hammering in our roof wake me up. Shit! Its Saturday and am planning for a good sleep today. My husband and I just got in 3 hours earlier. Kapikon talaga! Nahhihimbing pa kaya ako! Why did our Land Lady just inform us first that there would be a repair today? In that I would not be this badtrip early in the morning.

I tried to ignore it. My eyes still want to close but I can't get back to sleep anymore. So I ended up rolling in back and forth in bed until 10:30am tried to watch TV that also I can hardly understand because of the sounds they are making right at the roof of our room. Hayy!! Wala na! If I knew it, I would have gone to work instead. I have at least lessened my workloads.

So here since can't watch TV, more even can't read. I decided to get online. Anyway one thing made me calm is the thought that finally our roof will be fixed soon. This was already has been our problem since Octber last year. The mini falls in our room, as my husband named it will be gone at last. Nice that we don't need anymore to put a plastic container for the waterfalls in our room when it rains.J

Back to Reality Back to Work

It's now into the 2nd working week of 2005. 1st week of work for me has been pretty hectic. First working week of the year, as expected I had loads of work. And it was just only the start of weeks to follow that will end until 1st quarter of the year. Made me just realized that the holiday season is over. My husband and I had a great Holiday season though I got sick after Christmas until New Year but I handled it anyway. I don't want to spoil our Holiday vacation. With all that high gave to us by Holidays, now its time for both of us to get back to reality and work.L

An Update

I haven't blogged for over two weeks now. Its not that long time though I have so much happenings from last year didn't able to post. And I want it to be here. Like the one about our new found game Paintball and how my husband and I spent our December Holidays. Let us see…I think I need to recap my whole past two weeks so I'll remember.

Tonight I can write. Tatay and Nanay visit his brother in Pangasinan and will stay for a night there. So I can sit with my blog.J They arrived last Sunday, Tatay had to take his general check-up. They scheduled the check up on Monday (yesterday) so we decided to take and show them the lot in Grand Park Place in Cavite, where we are planning to build our house. We went there after our lunch then we proceed to Tagaytay. We took them for a short stroll in Peoples Park. It is seldom that my parents come to Manila together so I was glad seeing them like having a date and taking a pose for pictures together. Away for a while in their work. Iyay!J hehe. We went back to Manila by sunset. Baby suddenly got a craving for the Calamares of Dampa in Paranaque so we decided to have our dinner there. My husbands' undying favorite calamares, halaan soup and my favorite ginataan kuhol made our night.
